Meet Gail Staines
A lifelong horsewoman, in addition to holding a Ph.D. in higher education administration, Gail has completed an Equine Science Certificate with Distinction from the University of Guelph (Ontario, Canada) and a minor in equine studies from Morrisville College. She has managed, trained, and shown hunters, equitation, jumpers, dressage, and evented along with trail riding. Gail was inspired by Frankie, her Thoroughbred/Oldenburg gelding that is now 25. A former show jumper, Frankie is learning dressage. “I continue to be amazed that he thrives at being an equine athlete in a different discipline. He does not even know his age!”

“Our life is shaped by our mind, for we become what we think.”
